Teresa has worked in the early childhood field since 2006 in various roles including preschool teacher, social worker, and home visiting and doula supervisor. She enjoys reading and spending time outside and hopes to do some hiking with her new baby girl this summer.

Kim has worked in early childhood for over a decade. She enjoys spending time outside with her husband, son, and pup. In her spare time, Kim trains for and participates in triathlons.

Meaghan has been in the home visiting field for over 10 years and is particularly passionate about home visiting with young parents. She is originally from southern California and has learned not to take nice weather for granted. She enjoys spending time outside with her husband and son, even in the winter.

Victoria has been part of Start Early for over 18 years, providing essential support to the PAT State Office and early childhood programs throughout Illinois. Victoria is the proud mother of two college-aged sons and two rescue dogs. On the weekends, she enjoys traveling, hiking and exploring new places.
