The PAT IL State Office is offering a group Technical Assistance (TA) series focused on Policies and Procedures, a key component of meeting and maintaining quality standards. This flexible series is designed so staff can attend any of the scheduled dates that best fit their availability. Each session will provide guidance on the importance of clear, aligned policies and procedures, highlight resources to support development and refinement, and include interactive opportunities to workshop and strengthen your program’s existing materials.
