Annual Performance Report (APR) Resources

Annual Performance Reports (APRs) are how Parents as Teachers affiliates share data on families served and services provided each year. Below you’ll find deadlines, instructions, and resources to help you prepare and submit your APR — including what’s new for upcoming reporting years.

2024–2025 APR – Due August 15, 2025
- The current APR is live in the APR Portal and is due by August 15, 2025.
- Resources, including instructions and how-to videos, are available at:
O.L.I.V.E.R. → APR Portal (under Data and Reporting). - Visit Tracker affiliates can transfer portions of their data directly into the APR Portal.
- Visit Tracker-specific APR resources can be found at:
O.L.I.V.E.R. → PAT Data Support → Visit Tracker Support Materials → Reports. - Check your PAT Data Support Tips emails for additional guidance.
2025–2026 APR – Changes Ahead
- The 2025–2026 APR questions (a major change year) are available in the APR Portal.
- APR instructions and a “What’s Notable” document highlighting key changes are included.
- The Visit Tracker APR will be updated to align with these changes.
- This version went into effect July 1, 2025, and will be submitted in Summer 2026.
- Check with your data system to confirm the updated report will be ready for next year’s reporting.
2026–2027 APR – Now Released
- The 2026–2027 APR questions, instructions, and “What’s Notable” document are now available in the APR Portal.
- Goes into effect July 1, 2026 and will be submitted in Summer 2027.
- No major changes from the previous year.
- Parents as Teachers continues to release APRs two years in advance to give affiliates and data systems time to prepare.
