In 2022, the Administration for Families and Children released a report, Home Visitor Professional Well-Being: What it Is and Why It Matters. The report identified five key drivers of home visiting professional well-being.
For this webinar, Rapid Response is partnering with The National Home Visiting Network to highlight the voices of home visitors and their experiences with respect to professional well-being. Come hear from a panel of home visitors and from Mariel Sparr, Project Director for the report. We will also link to a survey to gather additional home visitor stories that can inspire programs and systems to address workforce wellness.
