We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for the Mildred Winter Founder’s Scholarship, supporting attendance at the 2025 Parents as Teachers International Conference (PATCON25)! This year’s event will take place October 13–16, 2025, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with both in-person and virtual attendance options.
